How Do I Place An Order?

Under our products page you can select a product or service and securely place your order using a Credit Card, as you would on any e-commerce site. We no longer accept PayPal, as they have decided to cut ties with all weapons manufacturers. Whether you are purchasing a ready to ship item or sending in your firearm for us to modify, the process is the same. You will be prompted to select the various options or upgrades that apply to your weapon. If you don’t see an option, or have a special request, you can leave it in the notes section at the bottom of the product page. Also see “How Do I Send You My Firearm Or Component” below.

How Do I Send You My Firearm or Component

All firearms (lower receivers, frames, etc) must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Check your local and state laws to ensure compliance. USPS flat rate boxes are the best for slides and other non-regulated items. Since we are an FFL, you can direct ship to us, and we can ship directly back to you without the need of going through another FFL. If you would like to use a local gun store or FFL, that’s no problem, just include their name and address in the notes and have them send a copy of their FFL to Will@MacDefenseInd.com.

In the box, please include a copy of a valid drivers license, carry permit, or military ID.

What Is Your Lead Time?

Lead times fluctuate, but we pride ourselves on being very timely in our work. We understand parting with your firearm can be an issue, so we make every effort to turn jobs around as quick as possible. Our current estimated lead times are posted on our Instagram page, you can find the link on our homepage. Please understand that this is an estimate, as many factors can affect specific projects such as added upgrades and coatings.

What Is The NOW & LATER Plan?

Our NOW&LATER Plan allows you to pay half of your order total at checkout, and pay the remaining balance upon completion of your build. You will receive an invoice for the balance + shipping charges before we ship your items to you or your chosen FFL. Enter the code “NOWLATER” in the discount box at checkout Understand that we will not release your items until the balance is paid in full. Thank you!

Is MAC Defense an FFL?

Mac Defense is an 07 FFL, which is a license obtained from the BAFT that allows us to manufacture, perform service and legally transfer firearms. If you are a dealer, please send us an email for a copy of our FFL.

On all custom orders, all sales are final. We start putting in time, and dedicating rescources as soon as your order is placed. Please do your research and ask questions before placing an order. On in stock items, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

All local and federal firearms specific laws apply. Know the laws both in your state and the ones set fourth by the BATF.
